Training with John is hard but enjoyable, he pushes you to do the best you can so that you will get the most out of each session. I have been takeing boxing lessons with John since October 2012 and never imagined I would enjoy it as much as I do.

I now feel fitter, stronger and more confident as a result of John's training and have not looked back since week one. I look forward to my sessions, enjoy them thoroughly and the feel-good-factor lasts for days.
He listens to what you want to achieve and designs bespoke sessions to enable you to reach your goals. He varies every session to keep you interested and motivated, works you hard and challenges what you thought you were capable of. I find I am so focused on my technique and hearing the satisfying "Snap" when I land a punch right, that I almost forget I'm working so physically hard.
Training appears to come naturally to John; he is personable, knowledgeable and knows how to push you to your limits but never to the point where you feel out of your depth or disheartened.
Just don't turn up with a hangover or he'll make you do extra sit-ups!
