I began training to increase the level of my fitness and improve on my defensive abilities in boxing. Since starting one to one sessions I have improved a lot and I feel more confident, not only in the ring but as a person too! John is a great trainer who is always pushing me to my limits as well as teaching me more of the technical side of boxing. A great all round trainer no matter what you are looking for!
I have been training for a few months and enjoy the time he is taking to home in on my techniques and put me though the various elements of boxing. He's a very patient with his training and really takes his time talking through the combinations and each session he homes in on a skill set. I started, to improve fitness and technique rather then just join a gym where there is no real direction, I look forward to each session!

I've boxing for 6 months now and I can honestly say it's the best thing I've ever done. Not only have I toned up, my fitness has improved 100%. Training with John is far more enjoyable than the gym,each session goes too quickly !! I feel so much fitter now I wish I had started sooner.Even when I think I'm exhausted John will motivate me to do more.
