I started training initially to improve my fitness after a long term injury. Not only has kickboxing been more beneficial than all the usual physio sessions, it's been great fun and I've given up my occasional smoking habit!

I started boxing with John back in Feb of this year, I had always wanted to do boxing & I couldn't have chosen a better trainer, he's a true professional & he's a nice guy too so lessons are enjoyable & productive at the same time, every little detail matters to him & he'll get the best out of you in training I can't recommend him enough!! Not only have I learned so much in the sport but also it's changed my frame of mind & given me great confidence too. He's the real deal!
